“Take refuge from the onslaught of the mind, the flood” is written in binary code across the top portion. At times like this, the mind can "override" the heart, and create obstacles that seem brutal and unsurmountable.
The way through this state of mind is to build an ark, a vessel or safe sanctuary with friends. Make a covenant with those who see the bigger picture, or a higher purpose in the experience. They will lift you up, hold you steady and carry you through.
